RN Labs BioActive B-Complex is a pure, balanced and hypoallergenic source of metabolically active forms of B complex vitamins, which have been demonstrated to support a range of metabolic processes, including energy production, detoxification processes, neurological health, stress response and hormone balance. The bioactive, yet unmethylated, forms are used to support optimal activity, without causing over-stimulation, particularly in sensitive patients. Providing a highly versatile foundation to further supplementation (including the methylated vitamin forms).

This product contains Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.

Known Side Effects
In doses typically administered for therapeutic purposes, folinic acid is considered non-toxic. At doses over 10mg daily, gastrointestinal complaints, insomnia, irritability, and fatigue have been reported.

Medication Interactions
The activity of various B vitamins may affect, or be affected by, the presence of certain medications, including anticonvulsant, anti-inflammatory medications, and Warfarin. Qualified consultation is advised when using these concomitantly
